I Feel like Eating!

It is Friday! I have been doing well and consistently losing weight.... today... I just want to eat! I have so far opted for a yogurt and some rice cakes. I don't know that eating other things will really satisfy. I am not really craving anything. Sometimes I just feel like I could eat all day. But, I am NOT going to do it! I thought blogging about it would help me overcome the thought. So, I am going to think of the positive... the goals, the weight I want to be.
It has rained outside for days, so I haven't been able to get out and walk in a few days. That is usually what I do to take away my wanting. So for onow, I will drink water, water, water... and imagine what it would be like to be at a weight where I could look in the mirror and say.. "WOW", you actually are skinny!" And you can actually fit into a size 6! (That will be a miracle in itself!)
