Thursdays are "sit down" days for me at work. I was working in our system and noticed that the memberships were put in wrong. They had no expiration dates. Which in turn meant no one would have to pay anymore fees.
So, I guess it is a good thing I'm going back through the system. I guess everything happens for a reason. Employees getting fired, payments being posted and dates not changing, and me double checking the system today. I'm really happy that we just started up the new system about 6 weeks ago!
I was able to sneak in a lower body work out and run on the treadmill. Here's something to make you smile! I do interval training on the treadmill. I hit 5.5 for a minute, then move up to 6 for a minute, then 6.5. I thought I was hitting 7mph, but instead I hit 7.7mph. I thought dang, I need to do more treadmill work. I'm really huffing it at 7mph. It took me about 40 seconds to realize my mistake. DUH!!!
I started a "poor man's stew" earlier today around 1pm. I don't get to eat dinner on Thurs until around 8:30. Man, was it tasty! I make it with all kinds of veggies, ground turkey and seasoning.
1. Productive day
2. fixed errors that would have cost the clinic a lot of money
3. Had a good lower body work out today
4. Enjoyed some comfort food that wasn't horrible for me!!
I'm getting ready to hit the hay! Have a wonderful Friday!!!
