Hey havent had a chance to get on here lately. The last couple months have been really busy. I've switched careers because my company was bought out and having to learn a new industry. My workouts suffered a bit, needed some new inspiration.
Tired of the same old weights so switched to a cross training type workout in August.
-HIIT Jump rope 20 minutes
Go light for a minute then all out for 10-20 seconds with a break every 5 minutes. (I have heard the HIIT part of the jump rope raises natural HGH levels but not sure if that is true... similar to squats and deads i.e. max effort??)
-In between the breaks I'll do about 20 pushups 4x's so about 80 pushups all together. Then some mountain climbers and burpees and i'm dead.
My calves, shoulder and chest are all on fire and I love it!
I've been loving the cardio side aliitle more lately than just lifting weights. I'm sure that will change tho!
