I love when Wed. rolls around. I start my day off with yoga. We flow through each move. The heart rate comes up. The amount of heat you feel welling up in your body is amazing. The amount of flexibility your body gains with each move. We end in meditation/relaxation. This is a great way to get through the rest of your week!
I was starving through CPR class today. They changed the time from starting at 12 to starting at 11. I'm use to eating at certain times of the day. I tried having some yogurt prior to class, but it was not enough to make it to lunch. My stomach was making an awful racket!
My afternoon client cancelled. She wasn't feeling well. It's best for me to stay away and her to rest! I was able to run to the gym for an upper body work out. I felt good after that, so I added some ab work too the routine.
Seen the last client of the day. She took some more time off her 1 1/2 run. I'm really proud of her. She was having a little trouble today getting her breathing pattern. I think it was because of the cooler air, but she toughed it out and did an awesome job!!!
I'm just getting ready for a shower now. I thought I better finish up my SP stuff first!!

4. Best of all....no drama! woohoo!!
