Last month, during my daily walk, I noticed a three or four weeds on the sidewalk. Each day they grew just a little bit more. Then we had a heavy rain fall. The next time I walked, the weeds had more than doubled in size. If they had been plucked when they were small, they would have been much less trouble. Now they are so thick, plucking just won't do it.
Today, after 2 weeks of wet weather and no walks, I went out for my stroll. The 3 or 4 weeds were now dozens of weeds. The small plants resembled bushes. Now, it will take a huge effort on someone's part to correct this.
