Not sure what to do...

Thursday, October 08, 2009

i have not logged in for 2 days because i was working at my daughter's house, and by the time i got home, i was so tired, i just went to bed. i can't even tell you what i ate those days, so busy. i only know i certainly didn't overeat! so it was a lot of walking around her property, but of course i didn't have my pedometer on, and lots of physical stuff in the house too, like stripping 3 beds, washing and drying the linens, blankets included, making the beds up with the clean linens, cleaning up all the kid's toys on the floor and arranging them, vacuuming several rooms, dusting, doing dishes, sweeping outside, cleaning bathrooms etc. wow, now that i have them down in print, i know i must have burned some calories. drank my water, probably only about 6 cups a day. but i don't know how to go back and log it all in or even if i should. i am so tired though, i just want to go back to bed. she appreciated though, very much.

You can always go back to log when you have time.

Better to be active than sitting at a computer logging in points. There's always tomorrow to do that. Welcome to SP and best wishes for success.

The bonds you formed/strengthened are WAY more important than logging your food on here. I personally would just make a note in the space at the bottom of the nutrition and fitness trackers, then start tomorrow with logging as usual.

Just my opinion, and I'm no expert. emoticon

Good for you! Keeping busy and active is just as important as logging, but that's just my opinion!
