I have been doing just great for almost two weeks now. I am getting used to a new way of eating. I keep track of my food and exercise everyday. I feel better than I did and have new hope of getting to my ideal weight. I make small goals so I can achieve them. I also have a new friend that goes walking with me named Kelly. We have a good time and get our walks in too. I look forward to walking every day now. Life is good!
