I love my Wii and P90X

Friday, October 02, 2009

I got a wii a few weeks ago and I am in love. NEVER had I had so much fun working out. I have EA Active which is my biggie for working out and man can I feel the burn. I am on day 5 of the 30 day challenge. I also play ALOT of tennis on Wii sports and man can I feel it today in my right arm. It hurts just to lift it, lol. I LOVE IT!!

I also just got the P90X workout DVDs. Have any of you heard of these? I saw it on an infomercial. Has anyone tried it yet? My fiancé and I plan to start on Monday.

I have been staying away from the scale lately because I had become obsessed with stepping on it every day and I know how detrimental that can be. So I have gone several weeks without getting on it. Well I plan to step back on it this Sunday and get back to my weekly weigh ins and my hubby to be has agreed to hide it from me every other day of the week. I love him!

I have also started seeing my local "Diet Dr." I think it helps me stay accountable if I know there is someone professional that I have to check in with each month. She also prescribed me Adipex which I don't plan on taking for long. I have been struggling with my eating so I am hoping the Adipex will help me tame that.

Other than these new developments, everything is normal.

I just recently saw someone's blog who did the P90X for 30 days. She slimmed down like crazy! I am looking forward to being able to get the dvd's eventually, when I can afford it. haha. I'm totally in love with my wii as well! Keep going, you're doing amazing! You will NOT always struggle with weight!!! You can overcome anything!

I love my Wii, also I have been playing it nonstop since I got it a week ago. I am addicted to the Hula games on the Wii Fit and I am on day 3 of EA active fitness. As for P90X I see the infomercials all the time and I really want to try it but can't afford it at the moment. Good luck with your goals.
