In just 5 months....

Total loss for me so far is 42-1/2 pounds. That's getting close to half of my goal loss in just over 5 months. I'm not starving myself. I'm not depriving myself. I'm eating healthy foods that I enjoy. I can hardly believe it myself. This program works, if YOU work it. Stick to it, eat well, exercise hard, track your foods, keep sparking, read the articles, have some patience, and it truly pays off.
It is not always easy, but sometimes it IS. Life happens, ups and downs, but for me sticking with this more healthy lifestyle makes all the downs easier to deal with, and all the ups so much more enjoyable.
A side benefit of this is that my husband has adopted this healthy eating lifestyle as well. He has lost 25 pounds.
6 months ago, I never would have imagined this level of accomplishment.
