Yesterday when i weighted myself i lost 1.5 pds was happy. I have been watching and tracking both fitness and nutrition and thinking i was doing the right thing. Well this morning i got on the scale and i gained some of the weight i lost back. I have been really watching what i eat and exercising. But HOW MUCH EXERCISE MUST I DO TO LOSE THE WEIGHT. I'm very discouraged by this. What else can i do to lose this weight???????? My mood right now is I QUIT, DISGUSTED AND NOT HAPPY WITH MYSELF. I have a bar of Dark Chocolate in my freezer and have not been tempted to eat it. but after this morning i just might EAT THE CANDY. Seems like nothing is working. I do alot of exercising why can't i lose weight??????
