I love chocolate

Wednesday, September 23, 2009

Is there a 12-step program for chocoholics? There really should be. I love dark chocolate and have to eat some almost every day. But I think I need to cut down to just one serving a day instead of as a dessert for every meal, including breakfast. My excuse has been that it's good for women, it's a health food; but I think that's supposed to be interpreted as 1 or 2 oz. per day.

I'm starting today, only one serving for the whole day, and after midnight counts as the next day so no cheating to get an extra serving in.

I didn't have any chocolate with breakfast.

I'll try to do some stitching tonight. You can't eat chocolate while you're stitching unless it's something like M&Ms. I don't have any in the house and won't be buying any.

I know I can do this.
