My husband now wants to help me lose the weight. It's sad that it took a screaming fight for him to realize how horrible I feel. A girl has to do what a girl has to do though.
So we sat down this morning to watch Dr. Oz and join is program to lose 10 years in 60 days. So the foods that are omitted from the diet. No saturated fat, no hydrogenated fat, no corn oil or soybean oil, no sugars ending in -ose or -ol, no items with more than 4 grams of sugar and no grains that are not whole grains.
It's a good thing that we are at the end of the month. MJ and I can now go grocery shopping and get the right foods for a healthier lifestyle. We pretty much do that anyway but we can always improve on eating whole grain items.
The hard part is figuring out what items are whole grain.
first 5 ingredients: saturated fat, hydrogenated fat, primary omega-6 fat (corn oil, soybean oil), simple sugars ending in —ose or —ol, syrups, and any non-whole grain, and anything with 4+ grams of sugar per serving.
