Getting used to the new BodyBugg

It took me a while to upload all of the information & add my preferences, but once it all came together I was excited to see how it all worked. I got my first report & although I didn't quite make it to 10,000 steps, my deficit was good & I could clearly see where I need to improve on.
I had a little trouble while at the gym - the armband must have lost contact with my arm & was not in sinc. Kind of a bummer on my first workout with the program. Oh well... shake it off & continue.
This morning I found myself grabbing the armband and quickly strapping up to ensure that I did not miss one step. I got in 3,000 even before my morning walk, and quickly racked up 3,000 more afterwards. I am not quite sure how to read my deficites and reports yet, but it's kind of fun plugging in all the information and seeing the activity levels rise and fall.
