Getting used to the new BodyBugg

Saturday, September 19, 2009

It took me a while to upload all of the information & add my preferences, but once it all came together I was excited to see how it all worked. I got my first report & although I didn't quite make it to 10,000 steps, my deficit was good & I could clearly see where I need to improve on.

I had a little trouble while at the gym - the armband must have lost contact with my arm & was not in sinc. Kind of a bummer on my first workout with the program. Oh well... shake it off & continue.

This morning I found myself grabbing the armband and quickly strapping up to ensure that I did not miss one step. I got in 3,000 even before my morning walk, and quickly racked up 3,000 more afterwards. I am not quite sure how to read my deficites and reports yet, but it's kind of fun plugging in all the information and seeing the activity levels rise and fall.

Hi Andraxia...I have not heard a bad thing about the BB & everyone who has made the investment is an advocate. If you hurry, you might be able to catch the sale on through Chalene Johnson ($15 off + free display watch). They do go on sale occasionally through 24 hour fitness. Good luck! :)

Hey, I have been considering getting a body bug for a long time. I think I might just do it, I can afford it this month. I mean, it's using savings but I want to be around when the savings is built up enough to invest somewhere and it will definitely help in reaching that goal! Thanks for the info.
