Today i added the food and exercising tracker on my page to let others see what i am eating and what exercises i am doing. Having the trackers so everyone can look at them will help me to be more conscious of taking better care of me. Thank you all so much. I have taken out my food scale and i use measuring cups and spoons to make sure i'm eating my portions and no more. I may trip up from time to time but having to be accountabe will help me to do it. the weekends will be hell because my whole routine changes. I will take it one day at a time to make a healthier and happier me. With the help of my friends here i feel succeeding will be easier.
