Get A Grip!!

So, I was doing just great this summer, and even through the first days of school and my son's wedding. But, I am falling apart now, and can't figure out why. It almost seems like now that I find myself in a very mellow spot, I can't relax and handle that.

I think the best thing I can do is focus day by day this week.
I need to get some exercise: NO EXCUSES!
I don't want to eat junk food.
I want to remember my sister who has done an amazing job losing weight, and I want to be like her. And I can be.

    Thanks for the support. That is exactly why I love Sparkpeople. I do talk to her, but she is still so shocked by her own success, that it isn't easy for her to offer a lot of advice.

    You CAN do it. May I suggest you ask your sister to be your weight loss mentor? Call her when you feel tempted to eat junk food or skip your workout for the day. She can help get you back on track.
