Race day tomorrow

The second leg of the Y series is at 7:00am in the morning. I missed the 1st leg which was a 5K. The goal tomorrow is to beat 1:42:55. That was my time last year.
I think my
is broke. I got on it this morning and it read 189.9. I don't believe I've lost 8 lbs in one week. Not sure how to check them. Someone said to get a 5lb bag of flour. I could go weigh on the scales at the Y since I'll be there tomorrow. If it is broke I need to buy a new one.
Headed to bed. Morning comes early and I need to be ready.
