I went out to eat with my husband for lunch. I really wanted a burger, but i chose a half of turkey on marble rye and an oriental salad with dressing on the side. I probably used 1 tsp of dressing over all. I just started my weight loss blog and fitness program through sparkpeople. I have previously lost 13.3 pounds before starting on this website. I know it will take me some time to lose the weight I want to lose, but I want to lose to a size I haven't seen in my adult life. I know it will take me up to a year but I know I can do this! My husband is on the ban-wagon with me so I know we can do this together and teach our baby boy how to live and eat healthy and not be overweight!
