I'm hanging in there

Well, I am doing okay. I have kept in my calorie range the past few days. I also feel better than I did. I think I can make a difference in my life. I have a new found feeling about changing my eating habits. I want more fruits and vegetables now. I don't crave candy as much as I did.

    I agree with the responses. Keep going and it will get easier. You'll still have those days when its really tough to resist but then other days you'll eat well and go to bed satisfied and not thinking about food. It will get easier. I promise.

    It is a great thing that you are WANTING more fruits and veggies. I am addicted to coffee, which is not to bad for you until you add the creamer and sugar. Anyway, it is also a great thing that you are staying in your calorie range. Best wishes to you spark friend.

    You can do this. I started a year ago and it wasn't easy for me as well. A lot of the foods that I liked I had to rethink and counting calories definitely was new. However as I started to notice and people starting commenting on my changes it got easier to stick with.
