Not much going on today. Just the usual work and home.
I did the 20 minute resistance band workout. It was the first time I did it. Not sure how I feel about yet. I can definitely feel it in my arms. I did day 1 week 1 of 200 squats. That I can feel. I wonder how that is going to effect tomorrow's 1/2 marathon training?
Having a bit of bedtimve tv withdrawal. I need to find a lamp that clips on the headboard so I can read in bed. The one I have by the bed doesn't give me enough light over my book.

There is still a lot of life to live. What will I miss out on if I'm not strong and healthy? What will I see and experience if I'm strong and healthy?
