Diet? What is that?
Exercise? You must be nuts!
Okay I will try.

First a few more fruits,
Vegies, I mihgt try a few,
But NO exercise!

Week one has begun,
Diets going A okay!
Time to add water.

Week two, going great!
I'll check out Curves with a friend,
Curves might work for me!

Week three, Invite friends,
Curves has turned out to be FUN!
I am feeling free!

Week four, on a roll!
Fruits, vegies, water and all,
Exercise Will help!

Don't forget to write
All my SP friends today,
You can reach your goals!

I just want to say
Thank you to all the SP
Staff, friends and team members!
