Happy Wednesday! I can't believe it's already hump day. I also can't believe I haven't blogged since Sunday. I really haven't been busy. I am mostly working out and taking care of two baby kittens that the little girl across the hall brought to me because three boys were doing wheelies over them. The boy kitten we named Jocko after my son Jacob since its thin, nosey, curious, and full of energy. The little girl kitten we named Colie after my two boy cats Nicky and Kobe. The little girl cat was bite on the side of her face so she has an owie and she has a kitty cold. There isn't anything wrong with the little boy he just gets into trouble a lot. emoticon I am trying to find them good homes with someone who will take them to a vet and give them lots of love. If you know anyone let me know. I think they are 6 weeks old or younger but they are strays with no mommy except me. They both cuddle and the little boy gives kisses, although they aren't gentle kisses yet LOL.
The other thing that keeps me busy is working out. Sarah, my workout buddy, and I go to Fitness 19 together 5 days a week then I go by myself an additional 1 or 2 days. On Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday we workout from 10am -1pm then we do 2 hours Thursday and Friday. I will do an additional 2 hours or more on the weekend. I have been athletic and flexible all my life and I love working out. When I was little I was in ballet then when I was older I played a lot of softball. So, lucky for me exercise comes natural. I have learned what my problem with food was and I have fixed it so I don't go into "starvation mode". I use to eat nearly nothing everyday. God, now I'm always hungry! I love fruit, so I eat fruit when I'm hungry. I also try really hard to eat breakfast and lunch even if I have to grab a protein bar and fruit or some peanuts. I drink a lot of water and too much pop but I have cut it down a lot so I'm still working on it.
Yesterday, I had a seriously stressful day. Instead of going to bed like I always do I took a long shower and read a magazine. I felt so much better.
I noticed that the calories, fat, carbs, and protein vary depending on who makes the product. Now I manually enter the nutrition information if I can't find a perfect match on the nutrition tracker. Well, today we are doing a workout DVD to "stun" our bodies so I am off to workout. ~Good Luck~
