It sure helps reading other people's blogs. I know there are people out there going threw the same things I am. I'm not alone when I want some chocolate and am really tempted by it.
I read on and on and get motivated by others. It makes me want to really stick to this new way of eating. I am tracking my food intake again.
I usually mess up at night if I'm going to. I want to eat when my fiancee does. He usually snacks at night. I think I'll save some fruit for those times.
Sometimes I snack on popcorn. It isn't to high in calories. I just save enough for those times.
I hope everyone out there is doing well today.
