Plan for the first week in September.

Let's see...I have our dinners planned for the week and...

Breakfast: Donuts (unplanned, I don't even like the
Lunch: snack on noodles and chicken salad (unplanned)
Dinner: ch burgers and sweet corn
Exercise: ride bike for 35 to 40 miles

Monday: Oatmeal for breakfast
Salad for lunch
Healthy portion of dinner stuffed shells in Scampi sauce
Snacks: Apples & strawberries
Exercise: Zumba class after work

Tuesday: Exercise before work at spin class
Breakfast: Oatmeal
Lunch: pot luck at work
Dinner: Hamburger Helper meal
Snacks: apple & yogart

Wednesday: Exercise before work at Muscle Endurance Class
Breakfast: Oatmeal
Lunch: Salad
Dinner: Chicken parm in Penne Sauce
Snacks: pear & yogart

Thursday: Exercise before work in Spin Class
Breakfast: Oatmeal
Lunch: Salad
Dinner: hot dogs and mac and cheese

Friday: No exercise
Breakfast: Oatmeal
Lunch: salad
Dinner...not decided yet...

Saturday: Exercise weather dependent...either ride bike for 25 miles or go to spin class and super abs class at the gym.

OK, now that this is in black and white, it's official! If I stick to this plan, I'm sure to do well with my weigh-in next week. Yes?

    Awesome Sherri. When you plan and post it then we all know you can do it! Just a thought- you may want to have some just in case plans. I have had exercise plans that I've had to bag because- I hit a deer on the way home from work, had to work late, kids needed my help, etc. I always have 2 or 3 things planned so I can't back out if something freaky happens.
