The End Of A Busy Week!

Hi fellow SP! This week in my life has been CRAZY! Lots of Dr. appointments with my children and learning my new life! How exciting,yet challenging it is to remember this is a life change,new life. I remember making big life changes from a young adult to a more mature adult,(mother hood) and becoming a wife, learning to pay bills on time and get a schedule with school. Now I am learning to care about ME,my health, my shape, my persons!!! Yet yesterday when I found out I will only have more Dr. visits (my 5 year old talks some sort of tribal language only we understand) I thought OK I need my old life back I am completely leaving my comfort zone. Then I realize God is Great! You know getting in and out of the car 3x a week,up and dressed, car seat(heavy 19lbs of baby) all of this is GREAT exercise and when I get home I am more pressed for time to stay busy so all of this is kinda a blessing in disguise to helping me with my life change of getting in shape mentally and physically!!!! Wondering what you all think? I am Loving it, it is all in the attitude...(right) Oh by the way I enjured my knee on tread mill so I am grounded for 2 wks
