Well good news I weighed myself Monday and found out I lost 6 pounds, WOOHOO!! I am really excited, because it has been awhile since I lost any weight to record. I probably could have lost more weight by now if I would just do more exercising minutes and different types of exercises.

Anywho.....life has been kinda rough lately as far as finances, which I am sure is alot of people, but what can you really do about it, but try to work with the money that you have and try not to spend what you don't have, which is a problem for me sometimes, because I am use to buying whatever I want when I want it so now I need to change my mind set and I think I have been getting better with it somewhat.................. emoticon

    Your title says it all. Commitment is all the way around, finances, nutrition, fitness. It just all becomes a big picture for us. Good job and way to stay focused on what you need to do!!

    I know its hard to deal with changing finances. I am dealing with that same issue. On a happy note though, Congrats on you weight loss. Keep up the good work
