The ellipical is a good idea-- low impact, you have to bear your weight, but there is no side-to-side force on your knees like the dancing. Some stationary bikes have arm components too. Ask the staff at your gym if any they have any that bikes that can set resistance on the pedalling separately from the arms so you can take it easy on that knee (or even rests for the feet so you can skip pedalling altogether). 3713 days ago
Geeky?! I should say not! lol You set up your own league?! I think that's a great ideal. Many of the leagues have leaders who are very serious and don't want to take the time to explain things to newbies. The first year I played, I read so much I thought I was going cross eyed! I have yet to participate in a live draft. I always join automated leagues. I have set my players and now I will sit back to see who I get. Our automated draft is Sept 5 and I'm very excited. I love College Football. You can't be from Oklahoma and not like college football.. ITS AGAINST THE LAW!!! j/k. Good luck and keep us up on how you're doing.
