Morning Exercise

I just read a SparkPeople article about mornng exercise and I agree totally with the entire article. On the days I get up and get my exercse in early I am much more alert all day. I find that I make better decisions and I'm much more likely to stay within my calories for the day.

It is the "high" that I need to start my day right!

    I agree with you. I started working out again 2 weeks ago. I was always a night exerciser and now.. I rediscovered that the morning workouts, make me feel so much better. I know that if I have done it in the morning. My day starts better because 1) I've already done my workout 2) I feel refreshed and energized 3) I wanna workout and think more HEalthy food wise during the day... Who wants to waste the calories already burned right?
