Tomorrow is a new day, beginning of a new week. Since I stopped smoking I have gained weight and working long hours and not having time to go to the gym has not helped either. My goal to get back on track is get up early in the am and take a 3 mile walk, crack the whip on my food intake, more veggies and fiber enriched foods. Stop eating processed foods and stick to fresh home made foods. I have almost 10 pounds to lose to get back to my previous weight before I stopped smoking, so at this moment does not look I will be able to reach my goal of weighing 155 by end of summer..argh!!!!!!....I won't give up..
