No time to workout!

Friday, August 14, 2009

I have been working so much lately. Most days 8am to 8pm due to a integration with another company(merger) I have not quickfired in 2 days. Fell off my diet plan for 2 days. Have not cardio'd or strength trained. No Goonie interaction. I have at least walked my Husky!! Gave goodies and encouragement. Well next week is a new week! emoticon

Long hours are 'dangerous' to a healthy lifestyle....hopefully you won't have to work them to long of a period.

Congrats on your progress with weight loss along with quitting smoking. You are amazing! I quit smoking 2 yrs ago and it was the best thing I ever did for my health also.

Anyone who can lose weight while quitting smoking and working 12 hr days during a stressful company merger at work can eat nails and spit them out :) I am sure you will get back on your plan.

    Have a super weekend, Diane

That's alot of hours. I'm sure as soon as everything settles back down at work you'll have time to work out again.

Right you are - I think we all have times that life just get totally crazy. Just start each day anew and do the best you can. That's what I do and it all works out. (yes, you can remind me of this one day down the road - lol)

I hope things slow down for you and you have a good weekend.
