The Dreaded Weekend

Well this weekend was a tough one espically when my father was forcing me to eat more hotdogs at his bbq on sunday. Not only were the hotdogs tempting but the little sliver of cake just didn't seem enough. I did acheive my walk though sunday night but i came home so relaxed that the bottle of wine i got was staring me in the face. So waking up this morning with a hang over was not all that cool lol. I bought a Gazelle and an exercise ball so hopefully this will keep me more active during the day. We shall see!
