Just a bit worried ....

So this summer I have been doing so well.. with my eating , walking, and exercising at night... but with school about to start back... I am already getting worried about not being able to walk, not eating like I should , and being to tired to exercise... So HELP any ideas or motivators to keep me going strong!! Thanks so much!! emoticon

    Remember that 3 10 minute intervals of exercise still equals 30 minutes. Take advantage of your day and make those 1o minute breaks work for you. Take the stairs up when you get to school. Walk around the campus. Park far away in a safe spot. Do chair exercises at work. You can do it!
