Time Flies!

I can´t believe it has been just over two months since i posted a blog. I disappeared from spark people somewhat for about a month, but i did not completely fall off the wagon. I weighed myself two days ago when we got back from traveling with my family. I feel like we did nothing but eat, but i guess hiking up all of those pyramids must have helped some, since i have not gained weight. I weighed in at 101 kilos, 1 kilo higher than my lowest weight so far, but still 3 kilos lower than my starting weight of 104. We have made detailed exercise and food plans, including planning a week of meals at a time. Yesterday we tried Coach Nichole´s workouts (1 strength and 1 cardio) and really liked them, so today we did two more cardio together and i did two more after Adrian left the house.

I´ll be in touch soon! planning to weigh once a week like most people on here seem to recommend.
