Whats In The Middle That Counts

I've gained and lost weight many times,I am Women. My stubborn parts are all in the middle my waist, my mid arm,mid thigh.,even the middle digit of the scale does me wrong it goes down at times and stays high most of the time.I plan on concentrating on the middle because for me it's whats in the middle that counts.Ann2010 Communicate/motivates dont procrastinate.     I LIKE THIS BLOB BECAUSE IT IS REALITY. YOU CAN AND WILL LOOSE WEIGHT. I HAD TO LEARN TO FOCUS ON MYSELF THROUGH ALL I AM GOING THROUGH. IT IS HARD AT FIRST BUT, BELIEVE ME IT WILL GET EASIER. I WOULD FIND OUT WHAT TRIGGERS YOU TO GO OFF THE WAGON AND DEAL WITH IT STRAIGHT UP WHILE STILL COMING BACK ON TRACK. I HAD TO LEARN I AM WORTH LOOKING THE WAY I WANT. IT IS HARD BUT IT WILL BET BETTER. AS LONG AS YOU START AGAGIN THIS IS WHAT MAKES YOU A WINNER. NEVER GIVE UP. TRY NOT TO BE SO HARD ON YOURSELF AS I BUT, SEEK HELP IN EVERY WAY! emoticon
