Today, all of my clients were kicking it in high gear. Some did suicide drills, some did bench hops, some did walking lunges, and some did all of the above. It was a cardio kind of work out day! That includes my own.
Hi impact step this morning
curtsy lunge with side kicks
back lunge with front kick
static lunge with upper body rotation
band work for the inner and outer thigh
calf raises up 10 steps/10 raises per step
My trainer friend, Pat, who is prepping for his 1st body building comp tore his achilles tendon today. He is upset. I would be too. He has worked really hard and I feel bad for him. I will be running the boot camp tomorrow night instead of participating in it. I will run tomorrow, so I keep up with my cardio!
I will see a freind of mine tomorrow for a work out. I'm excited to see her again. She has helped me a lot on my knees with massage. I'm hoping she can help with my feet now! She does awesome work.
