Nothing special today. Ate, went to work, ate again, client, ate, worked out, ate, showered, client, ate, client and finished off the day by eating again. Oh yeah...packed food for tomorrow!
Did lower body today. Step aerobics with lots of lunges into high knees and kicks. Later with wts: knee ext, hamstring curls and leg press. Then ran 2.5miles. Did some lunges with the last client.
I'm hitting the sack early tonight. Tomorrow is my long day from 7am to 7:30pm. My sleep schedule is messed up since Kent went back to nights.
