Moving on.....

I am finally moving to stage 2 I decided to stay on Stage 1 for an extra week to ensure my goals and mind was in the right direction. I am happy to be sticking with this life style change and am excited to keep going. the only issue I have had in the new habits is keeping up with the work outs. I have decided to wake up before work instead of doing my calorie burning after work, it just seems to be the most efficient way to make it more consistant. getting into a routine is key and it doesn't seem to be working to do it after work at 6 with all the everyday chores to do. i can and will stick with it waking up every day at 5:30 is not impossible, just not normal... I need to remind myself that it is a baby step to better and more structured me!!! I WILL ACHIEVE MY GOALS!!!!!

    I get up at 5:30 every a.m. and work out and after a few weeks, it is like clock work- its like I do not give myself time to talk myself out of it- I just get up and go straight to the treadmill- I took the week off last week and man, I felt like such crap all day- so I think that you are making a good decision! Way to go!
