5 hours does it for me!

Saturday, July 18, 2009

5 hours of work out makes me tired. 2 hours of power yoga, 1 hour of kickboxing, 2 hours of dance wore me out today. I didn't put the full time down on my fitness tracker, but this is actually what I did.

I ate pretty good until I got home. Starvation was setting in!

I have another big day tomorrow. I'm really excited about it. I have my coworker's 2nd boot camp challenge. I will get to see who has been working out and improved themselves. I have a client at 1 and then the Independence Sparkers join my for a special work out.

We did a challenge a in May for fitness minutes. We went up against 2 other local SP teams. That was really a lot of fun. We had an overall winner also. She won a few donated prizes. We are getting together at my job to work out. 1/2 hour of cardio and 1/2 hour of yoga is my plan. It will be fun getting together!

Down side of tomorrow: My Navy boy, Greg, turns 20. This will be the 1st birthday I have EVER missed of any of my kids. I know he is grown, but we always celebrate the KIDS birthdays. I guess the keyword here is kid?! I hope he has a chance to call me at least. He will not be coming home next week either. He is headed to San Diego for HVAC school. I'm not sure when he is coming home.

I'm headed to the shower. It's way to early for bed, but I'm going to kick my feet up tonight and relax. It's just Cass and I right now. She is out playing with the neighbor girl in their yard. It's a beautiful day in Independence. It's about 78 degrees and sunny....and it's July!

Have a great night!!!

Wow! Great job on the fitness. Better planning in the eating department next time. Tomorrow sounds like fun. Sorry, to hear you won't be seeing your son on his bday and that you don't know when you will get to see him next. 78 degrees sounds wonderful. It was 95 today here in Montana which is pretty hot for us. The good news is that the evenings do cool down. Sleep well tonight.
