Back on Track

I haven't posted on sparks in awhile been so busy that I have been missing out in the community room lately.

I just wanted some me time to deal with my issures but, instand I jump off the wagon completely but, I am back on decided to go ahead and do a work plan again since I haven't in awhile. I did work out for 30 mins today so that's a start. That's better then I have done in over 2 weeks.

Thursday
15 mins 1 mile walk
20 mins pilate
10 min kickboxing

45 min total

Friday
10 min weights
30 min 2 mile walk
15 min pilates

55 min total

Saturday
10 min kickboxing
20 min yoga and pilates
15 min 1 mile walk

45 min total

Sunday
15 min weights
30 min cardio
10 min yoga

55 mins total

Monday
30 min cardio
10 min yoga

40 min total

Tuesday
30 min pilates
10 min kickboxing
15 mins 1 mile walk

55 mins total

355 mins total

Now I have to print this and do it for sure. :) Back on plan:)
