I'm Working My Way Back

Thursday, July 16, 2009

Okay so I’m finally posting another update. I’ve been so busy! I hope everyone had a great July 4th! It’s been great being off work but I haven’t had as much downtime as I was expecting. I’ve been busy with the kids and repairing miscellaneous items in the house. The pipe broke in the kitchen so I haven’t been able to do dishes and we have an ant problem at the same time so not one crumb can be left out! But the good news is today I learned how to replace the pipe/tubing under the kitchen sink so I can do dishes now AND it was an arduous task leaning in a way I’m not used to so I know my muscles are going to be sore tomorrow. Sore is good!

So I have been busy, still being conscious of my food intake, but not tracking it or being perfect. Unfortunately I haven’t really been taking my kickboxing classes in the last several weeks, but I still had been walking the dogs everyday. I finally took my class last week and it felt great! I even lost a pound since the last time I weighed myself. I am now half way to my goal. Just 11 more pounds to go since I started in December! Yeah! I think it’s because even though I haven’t been taking my classes I hadn’t really been eating out either.

Well I hope this finds everyone well. Thanks for reading!
