Back on Track

I started back yesterday with my protein shake for breakfast, soup for lunch, and a reasonably healthy dinner. I did well. There was still some late-night snacking (frowny-face), though I'm not sure it was all bad after all. I have trouble sleeping, and sometimes a litle snack can help me rest better. This morning, I had one of my power breakfasts that I love, even though most people would find it weird: spinach and turkey pepperoni in a low-fat, low-carb, heart-healthy, fiber-rich tortilla. That held me over until now; it's nearly 1 p.m., and I'm thinking of going out for lunch --- but I won't overdo it.
