The importance of h20

I haven't done this for a while.
I have been in Florida for 10 days now. After about 2 days of 90+ degree heat with 90+ percent humidity I discovered the importance of water. I was helping my mother in law get stuff ready for a moving sale and lost track of how dry I was. After about the 3rd day, I noticed I had some pain in my back, and that I was using the restroom more often than normal. I ended up in the ER because of the pain. That is where I found out that I had become dehydrated and had developed a kidney stone. I didn't realize that something so basic (and free) as drinking plenty of water could have saved me so much time, money, and pain. The stone has passed (not pleasant) and I am fine, but I go nowhere without a bottle of water. KEEP DRINKING THAT WATER.
