A Little Behind

I hurt my back towards the beginning of June. This meant that I was not very active for a couple of weeks. As a result I gained about ten pounds back. emoticon That's okay though. It could have been a lot worse. I can live with that ten pounds and not let it turn me from my goals. Now I'm a little behind where I wanted to be but that is okay. Slow and Steady, that's how you get things done. I have been spending the last part of June just trying to build back up to where I was. I'll get there. I just need to remember not to push myself to hard but just hard enough. I won't let this little set back stop me from going to Maui next year.
