I printed out all the comments from my last post and I am keeping them with me. I have been finding it hard to work out with my ankle pain so with that in mind I need to focus on healthier eating. Even walking hurts so I can't just go out and walk. I am going to try the bike tomorrow - but the last time I used it - it hurt so bad so it makes me a little trepid about working out with the pain.

I am going to focus on some resistance bands to use as well. A small fee for a big difference i think.
