I did my normal exercise, which is walking ever day at work, except last week only walking 2 days, because I pulled a muscle in my back. When that happened I felt sooooo useless, because I have not worked out in over a year or so and I was getting back in the swing of things quite well and then this happens. So today I was feeling a lot better and thought to myself, try again so I did and actually it felt pretty good. So hopefully everything is alright again.

I guess I could have done some exercised that did not involve using the lower half of my body, but I didn't. If it happens again and hopefully it won't I will do different exercises.
