I just want to say to all of those struggling, don't give up! If you fall off your plan, start a new day and get right back on. Keep track of small amounts of progress and stay focused on a goal. It took me a year to lose 20 pounds with many obstacles to overcome that life just kind of threw my direction. I would concentrate on trying to maintain what I had accomplished and get through the hurdles, pick myself up, dust off and start working on it again. Perserverance is sometimes the key. Don't look at the failures, concentrate on the accomplishments and believe in yourself above everything else. If I don't reach my goal by March, I will just be proud of what I have accomplished and continue on until the goal is reached. You can do this and it doesn't matter how long it takes just stick with it!!
