2 weeks in...

I am so excited. After just 2 weeks, watching what I'm eating, drinking my water, beginning exercise in week one, and adding Curves at the beginning of week 2, I have lost 13 lbs!!! Amazing!
What am I doing right? Taking one day at a time. Forgiving myself for going over, or eating the wrong things. But increasing my exercise each week.
What am I doing wrong? Still over eating a couple days a week. Not getting 8 cups of water every day.
Who have I encouraged? Not sure, but my daughter and I are definately encouraged by everyone here!
