So far, so good.

I have been on SparkPeople for a little over a week now, and so far I am pretty pleased. The weekend did not go well, but the weekdays I have almost stayed within my calories each day and I have walked at least an hour each day. I am feeling optimistic and somewhat impatient. I already finding it easier to walk farther and faster. For example, I cut three minutes off my normal route from last week to this week! I think that is a positive sign.

Now to see how long it takes for me to really have a habit instead of just a week. I am especially worried about the weekend, when I tend to crave eating out and junk food more.

I am also excited because Adrian is hopping on board with me somewhat!
