Down 1.5 lbs this week.. Onederville is within Reach!

I was doing the Happy Dance this morning because my hard work paid off. I was focused this week and worked hard to achieve a loss. I am down to 202.5 and can't wait to get to onederville.
My last chance workout last night consisted of: 45 min kickboxing class, 150 crunches, 50 wall-pushups, 100 situps with bocce ball, 4.2 mile walk of greenway. It was tough and invigorating and can't wait till Zumba class this afternoon.
I had a rough weekend because my Anniversary date was on Saturday and this is the first one since my Divorce.. I even managed not to call the Ex which was a big accomplishment and still haven't. lol. I know this is a small accomplishment but it has made me happy to be able to get through it without breaking down and turning to food. I just exercised instead.. it is my fuel and love right now. I enjoy pushing myself to new heights and trying new things and look forward to losing this weight and making myself feel and look better. Ha.
To all my friends, I just want to thank you for sticking with me on this journey and tell you how much I appreciate each of you for helping me push ahead and keep the smile on my face and the weight off.
