Holy Moly!

So after being Punked by my Scale I'm pleased to announce that I'm below the dreaded 160 range I was stuck at! I just realized after looking at my ticker that I'm more than halfway there! The first half is the hardest, right?!? I know I need to focus more on my diet and what I eat now that I've got the fitness part in the bag but I'm a sucker for certain foods and my cravings can overtake my motivated mind at times. I think Bethenny Frankel says it best tho, "You can have it all, just not all at once". I don't deprive myself and I'm not going to start. I know its all common sense...If I'm gonna put away a chunk of cheesecake, I cant do it 3+ times a day or every day of the week...I do want to broaden my fitness activities too. I'm moving and packing and cleaning most of this month, so I'm counting that because it's one hell of a workout but next month I want to get to the gym more in addition to my kickboxing routine. I really think if I can fine tune my diet in addition to some new and different workouts I'll be there in no time!!! So I'm looking forward to the second half of me falling off soon!! Summer is RAPIDLY approaching so I hope to be at least 10 lbs lighter by the end of June!!! Fingers Crossed, Ass in gear, Ready, Set, Gone! emoticon

    Halfway is great. You can do this. Add some weight training to your routine. It will speed up your metabolism and help you lose a little faster.
