Well I weighed myself this morning when I got to work and it looks like I gained all the weigh I had previously lost, which made me feel like crap!! I have decided that I need to focus on maintaining my portion control and also measure myself more that getting on the scale, because for me when I weigh myself it seems to take the wind out of me if it looks different than my clothes feel. So I am going to continue to focus on my exercising, eating the right foods and drinking my water.
